Valerie Basham
(865) 350-5002Valerie has 45 years of experience including hospital administration, clinical and case management, Corporate HR and Employee Benefits, Sales and Account Management, Consulting and Brokering and Third Party Administration. She has also worked in Operations and Management and has owned her Consulting Agency in the past. She has extensive knowledge in all fields of Group Employee Benefits including all lines of insurance and voluntary products. She also has experience in the implementation process of client’s programs, Section 125 plans and management of compliance departments and documentation and is a member of the CEBS programs. She has worked with various client groups from small to large employer groups and enjoys finding the best fit and benefits for each individual client.
Her main focus is assisting clients in the review of their group employee benefits, wellness programs, and programs that can assist in the client’s and employee’s cost containment of overall healthcare expense.
Valerie is an Account Manager with eBen/Risk Strategies and joined eBen in September, 2023.
