Shelley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin. He began his career in the employee benefits industry in 1996. For six years, he worked as a sales representative on the carrier side before opening eBen’s Houston, Texas office and working as a benefits consultant.

Shelley represents large and small employer groups from various industries and provides services including: human resource technology solutions, Medical, Dental, Life, Disability, Long-Term Care, Payroll, COBRA, Flex, HRA, HAS, and Self-Funded programs.

He is a Chartered Benefits Consultant (CBC), and a member of Health Underwriters Association both locally and nationally.
