Ryan is graduate of The College of William & Mary. After co-founding GHT Insurance Services in 1999, he oversaw all divisions of the company including Commercial Lines, Personal Lines, Group Benefits, Life Insurance and Medicare Health Plans. In recent years, Ryan has focused on workflow development and sales management in the Group Benefits division.

Ryan and his partner have three children.
