Jeffery is a 2008 graduate of Appalachian State University where he double majored and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance & Banking as well as Risk Management & Insurance. Before joining the eBen team, Jeffery worked for the North Carolina State Employees’ Credit Union in various roles for 9 years.

Jeffery joined the eBen team in September 2018 and has been serving as an account manager for small groups. Jeffery and his wife Whitney welcomed their first child, a son, in August 2020. In their spare time they enjoy spending time with family and working in their garden.
