With a background in Advertising and Marketing, Caroline is excited to be joining the insurance industry and lucky to have a solid team behind her. Working under Robert and Heather Willingham, Caroline oversees and caters to client needs at the office, offering a helping hand to individuals who need assistance navigating their way through their benefits. She specializes in client communications, renewal services, claims resolutions and group upkeeping.
Caroline graduated from the University of South Florida with a BA in Advertising and Public Relations. A New York native, Caroline made her way down to St. Petersburg in 2021 after graduating college. She has been loving the sunshine state, and its clients, ever since. In her free time, Caroline enjoys visiting the Gulf Beaches, hiking and exploring the city.
