Amy started at Chappell Smith & Associates in 2006 working in the accounting department. Her friendliness and customer focus led her to join the benefits team in 2011. Amy attained her PAHM, Professional Academy for Healthcare Management designation showing competency in health plans in 2013. In 2016, she received the designation of Certified Benefit Account Manager from the National Association of Health Underwriters. Amy is a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters.

When Amy is not busy helping clients she enjoys spending time with her husband J.J., daughter Avery and son Nick. Her two children keep her running from cheering competitions to baseball tournaments.
